Kilimanjaro
Kilimanjaro rises 5,895 meters above sea level and is the highest mountain in Africa. It is also the highest freestanding mountain in the world.
Kilimanjaro is a dormant volcano and has three volcanic cones – Kibo, Mawenzi and Shira.
This makes Kilimanjaro a very desirable destination for adventurers taking on the challenge of reaching the snow-capped top – Uhuru Peak.
Climbing this incredible mountain is an amazing and unforgettable experience. The climb takes you through four different climate zones – starting in the rainforest, continuing through moorland then the alpine dessert. Finally, you reach the glaciers of snow and ice also known as – The Roof of Africa.
Everyone deserves this incredible nature experience!
We offer six different routes to the top of Kilimanjaro, which all offer memorable experiences. You will sleep in tents on the trek. However, one route offers accommodation in huts. We will gladly assist you in deciding which route matches your needs and expectations the best.
